Ordering: Placing an order with us is Fast and Secure using our online shopping cart. To place an order, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button found with each item description. You will have the option to check out or continue shopping. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please Contact Us.
Payments Accepted: EChecks and Credit Cards are excepted via Paypal.com We do accept money orders but ONLY US money orders as we had negative experiences with International money orders.
Shipping: All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Unless you request it, only packages valued over $50 are Insured. By placing an order with us you agree that you will NOT hold WitchyWorld.Com liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS or UPS. While I strive to get your orders out ASAP sometimes that is just not possible since most of my stock is housed off-site. Please read carefully when ordering to see if specific items have shipping notes.
International Orders, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery and note parcels can be held up at Custom Authority which is beyond our control.
Due to Credit Card Scams we do not accept or ship orders from or to the following countries. Note: If you are on "The List" and desperately want to place an order? I MAY CONSIDER but won't guarantee filling your order IF you include a valid phone number on your order, pay INSTANTLY through paypal (NOT WITH A CREDIT CARD), and you may even be asked to have a online purchase reference available.
Sales Tax: Texas residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax.
Backorder Policy: Any items that are found out of stock are automatically placed on backorder and will be shipped to you, at our expense, as soon as we receive shipment from our vendors. If an item is going to be out of stock over 4 weeks you will be issued a refund.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order AFTER we've charged your credit card, you will be accessed a cancellation fee equal to the cost of shipping for your order. This is to cover our loss time in unpacking, restocking and accounting needed to credit your money back to you.
Lost Shipments: All shipments include delivery confirmation when available. By placing an order with us you agree that you will NOT hold WitchyWorld.Com liable for any orders lost or damaged while in the possession of USPS or UPS. Refund or Returns Policy: Refunds and/or Returns are processed ONLY after you have contacted us and been authorized to return for refund. Refunds and/or Returns will not be initiated until product has been returned & received in the comparable condition.
